Dairy free and sugar free, add these delicious, moist Banana Orange Honey Muffins to your weekly rotation! Amazing for a quick breakfast or anytime snack.
Banana Orange Honey Muffins
A little honey and bananas are combined with orange and chocolate chips making these the moistest muffins ever! These muffins are a great way to use up those leftover, brown and sometimes frozen bananas!
We’ve made these muffins with less white sugar and replacing with suitable ingredients. Honey or maple syrup are our go to when replacing white sugar and this substitution typically works quite well.
Honey, Maple Syrup, Sugar
No worries if you don’t have honey or maple syrup on hand, use 1/2 cup white sugar to replace the honey. Adding orange zest and juice adds to the flavour and of course the chocolate chips are always necessary!
Let me know what you think of these muffins in the comments if you make them. They are super moist, tasty and great for snacks and breakfast!

I made these in jumbo muffin size and added a whole tablespoon of the orange zest…. I think it could use a little salt maybe 1/2 tsp. But overall they turned out amazing and light and flavorful. I had to read the recipe ingredients list 3 times looking for egg… no eggs!
Great recipe!
