Bakers Spice Rub

black pepper

garlic powder

paprika

rock salt with chili flakes
without flakes is fine

tsp
dry mustard
1
tbsp
onion powder
1
tbsp
smoked paprika
1
tbsp
old bay seasoning
omit if you do not have
Instructions
Toss all spices into a bowl and stir.
Store in ziplock and/or sealed type container when not using.
Should last 6-12 months.
Makes about 1 cup.
