Date Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp agave

Instructions

  • In a blender, food processor or immersion blender, puree dates with water until smooth.
  • In bowl mix dates with remaining ingredients.
  • Put in refrigerator to allow to firm up or roll as is.
  • Store in covered container in refrigerator.
