Berry Lentil Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger peeled & sliced into coins
  • 1/2 cup apple peeled & diced
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup cooked green lentils
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  • Add everything into your blender or mixer container and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
