Brown Sugar Glazed Ham

- 1 5lb Ham boneless
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- water
Preheat oven to 350F.
Add a rack to the bottom of your roasting pan. Pour a little water into the bottom.
Score top of ham into diamonds.
Put ham on rack in roasting pan. Roast for 1 hour, 30 minutes.
While ham roasts, mix together brown sugar, honey Dijon mustard, vinegar, pepper and ground cloves. Set aside.
After 1 hour, 30 minutes brush glaze all over ham ensuring you get into all the crevices. Heat in oven for another 30 minutes. Remove ham from oven and let sit 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
