Ingredients

  • 1 piece of wedge from 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tbsp diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp sliced cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp red onion sliced or diced
  • 1 tbsp bell pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp kalamata olives
  • 1 tbsp feta cheese crumbles
  • pinch of oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • Greek dressing

Instructions

  • Place wedge on a plate.
  • Sprinkle on toppings tomato through oregano
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Whisk together 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, pinch of dried oregano, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon dressing over your wedge and serve.
