Cilantro & Black Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

540ml chickpeas rinsed & drained
1/4
cup
tahini
1
lemon
juiced
1/4
cup
water
1-2
cloves
garlic
peeled
1/2
bunch cilantro
washed, including stems
salt to taste
1
tsp
pepper
2
tbsp
olive oil
Instructions
Add all your ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth. You may need to add additional water as you go. Taste for salt & pepper adding more if required.
