Cilantro & Black Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can 540ml chickpeas rinsed & drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1-2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro washed, including stems
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Add all your ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth. You may need to add additional water as you go. Taste for salt & pepper adding more if required.
