Chewy Chipsters

Servings: 36

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a bowl using a mixer combine your butter, brown sugar & white sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time beating well after each egg. Stir in vanilla.
  • In a second bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly add into wet mixture.
  • Fold in all chips and drop spoonfuls (approximately 1 tbsp) onto parchment lined baking sheets leaving enough room between cookies for expansion.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until light brown. Allow cookies to sit a few minutes on baking sheet, cooling. Remove to wire racks.
  • These are delicious.

Replace peanut butter chips with butterscotch chips if you plan on sending these chewy chipsters to school!
