Bacon Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup Reese minis peanut butter cups chopped
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup bacon cooked & chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl beat your butter & peanut butter until smooth. Add in your brown sugar & white sugar mixing to combine. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together your baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and flour.
  • Add dry ingredients to butter mixture. Gently stir in your chocolate chips, bacon and chopped peanut butter cups.
  • Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets, approximately 2 inches apart.
  • Bake in 375 F oven for 13 minutes, rotating pans after 7 minutes. Let cool completely on racks.
