Cherry Bomb

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup frozen cherries pitted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of cayenne
  • coconut chips optional


  • Add coconut milk, banana, frozen cherries, cinnamon and cayenne into your blender. Whiz away until all happy. Grab a spoon and taste.
  • If you don't feel the heat of the cayenne add another sprinkle and whiz. Do this until you are happy with the level of heat. Sprinkle with coconut chips and enjoy.
