Mango Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pear seeded
  • 1/2 avocado peeled
  • 3 coins sliced fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (pear through ice) to a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Pour into glass, top with pomegranate and chia seeds, add a straw, and serve.
  • Mix ingredients together and enjoy.
