Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 9 inch deep dish pie shell uncooked

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In medium bowl beat eggs. Add pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, cloves and evaporated milk. Whisk until combined. Pour into prepared pie shell. Bake for 45-50 minutes (depending on your oven) or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
