To make salad dressing combine: 1 cup extra virgin olive oil, 3/4 cup red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp balsamic reduction, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp sea salt, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 1 tbsp dried basil, 1 tbsp caper berry brine, 1 tsp dried marjoram, 1 tsp, dried thyme, 1 tsp black pepper. Whisk or shake well and store in refrigerator until needed. Can also be used as marinade.
