Ingredients

avocado

pineapple juice

can coconut milk
1/2
cup
fresh spinach

coins fresh ginger
peeled
1/2
cup
frozen peaches or 4 slices frozen peaches
1/2-3/4
cup
frozen berries
Instructions
Toss all ingredients into blender in order listed. I find frozen berries blend better when they are closer to the top.
Blend away and enjoy immediately.
