Ginger Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 4 coins fresh ginger peeled
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches or 4 slices frozen peaches
  • 1/2-3/4 cup frozen berries

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients into blender in order listed. I find frozen berries blend better when they are closer to the top.
  • Blend away and enjoy immediately.
