Grilled Corn, Radish & Arugula Salad

Ingredients

cups
arugula
2
radishes sliced thin
1
corn cob
grilled
1
lime
juiced
olive oil
salt and pepper
Instructions
Cut the corn kernels from the cob, and place in a bowl. Mix in radishes and arugula.
In a bowl or measuring cup whisk together lime juice, 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve.
