Maple Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp apricot jam
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce to a simmer, stir occasionally until berries pop, 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • You can make this ahead and freeze or refrigerate until ready to use.
