Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice or crushed ice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • ground nutmeg sprinkle
  • allspice sprinkle
  • flaked coconut

Instructions

  • All all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth & frothy.
  • Top with a sprinkle of ground nutmeg and flaked coconut.
