Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients

olive oil

cloves
garlic
minced

cup
flat leaf parsley
finely chopped

fresh oregano
finely chopped

fresh mint
finely chopped

tbsp
red wine vinegar

tsp
sea salt
1/2
tsp
black pepper
1/2
tsp
red chili flakes
1/2
tsp
pink peppercorns
Instructions
Mix together olive oil through pepper. Let sit for up to 15 minutes giving ingredients time to blend. Make in advance if you have time and store in the refrigerator.
When ready to serve sprinkle with red chili flakes and pink peppercorns.
