Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes diced
  • 1 white onion diced small
  • 1 jalapeno pepper diced with seeds removed
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 fresh lime juiced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Mix tomato, onion, jalapeno pepper and cilantro in a serving bowl. Pour lime juice over mixture and add salt to taste.
  • Serve.
