In a pan over medium high heat cook your onion in olive oil until slightly softened. Mix in garlic and cook for a minute ensuring it doesn't brown.
Add your beef cooking until browned. Mix in chili powder, coriander, cumin and salt & pepper. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Then stir in stock & Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for about 5-15 minutes to allow flavours to blend.
While meat is cooking, boil your water for the pasta. Cook until al dente, reserving 3/4 cup of the pasta water.
Pour meat mixture, pasta and water into a large serving dish, mixing well.
Serve family style with your favourite toppings.
