Here’s a quick smoothie so simple you’ll read the recipe and say geesh why didn’t I think of that. Or maybe you already have. It’s these simple recipes that require very little thought or prep that are so enjoyable.
Why is this smoothie called cherry bomb you ask? Well cayenne. If you like heat then you can add more affer your first sprinkle. Keep adding until you get the buzz in the back of your throat. Omit all together if you would like to avoid heat. It’s delicious with or without but the cayenne is essentially what gives this smoothie it’s name: Cherry Bomb. Plus cayenne is good for you.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup frozen cherries pitted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of cayenne
- coconut chips optional
Instructions
- Add coconut milk, banana, frozen cherries, cinnamon and cayenne into your blender. Whiz away until all happy. Grab a spoon and taste.
- If you don't feel the heat of the cayenne add another sprinkle and whiz. Do this until you are happy with the level of heat. Sprinkle with coconut chips and enjoy.
