There are many ways to spice up and/or marinate pork chops. Open your pantry and see what you have for spices. Then experiment with a few. If you are not sure about what to use try the spice combination in this recipe. It is not a spicy recipe but more on the milder side – which is perfect for kids who do not like too much spice! If you like your meat kicked up a notch add in more chili powder.
It was a cooler day outside when we grilled these pork chops. So I paired these bad boys with some roasted proscuitto, potatoes, onions and carrots.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- 4 boneless pork chops thick
Instructions
- In a ziplock bag combine all ingredients except pork chops. Squishy ingredients to combine. Add pork chops and squishy some more.
- Let stand on counter for 30 minutes to marinate or in fridge for longer. Always let your meat warm up on counter for about 20-30 minutes before grilling.
- Remove pork from marinade (toss marinade) and grill over low heat for 30 minutes (thicker chops) or until done.
